Fairfield Education and Community Association (FECA) was formed in 2018 to create an umbrella of care and support for our community. We are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as an exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Our mission is to unite into one association various approved educational and charitable activities working for the welfare of our local community of Fairfield, Montana, and to raise and distribute the funds necessary to accomplish this work.
FECA operates in the state of Montana under the registered names you see listed above. Each of these programs operates with a program board of volunteers, and each program board appoints a representative to the FECA organizational board of directors, in addition to the FECA officers.
